garden featured in the Eastland Garden Festival and it is well worth taking
a stroll amongst the old oak trees to admire the many varieties of Roses.
You may even take up a game of tennis on the grass tennis court or enjoy an
evening BBQ. |

While our unit is
self contained you may wish to enjoy country hospitality, dining in the
homestead. Meals are provided as per arrangement at booking time. |

season" shearing of sheep. Go for long walks over the farm.
Family pets include 2 dogs and 2 cats. Pat and feed pet lambs. |

We can help you organise an east
coast fishing charter, as the Tatapouri Boat Ramp is only 8 minutes away. Or
if you have your own boat, we have boat and fish cleaning facilities.
Marine reserve 3 mins from homestead.

Pouawa Beach - 5 mins from Homestead - Now a Marine
Reserve. Can go snorkelling & scuba diving to see all the sea life.
Glenroy Arts & Crafts - neighbour - 5 mins from us -
can visit by arrangement.
Whangara Settlement - Where the "Whale Rider" movie
was made.
Tolaga Bay Wharf - longest wharf in NZ - can fish off
it.
Gisborne City - offers many a recreation. Things to do
and see.
Plenty of wineries, wine tasting
and excellent restaurants.

beaches very safe, for swimming and surfing.

A lot of our activities
are "in season"
Feeding lambs.
Shearing sheep. This is 2x a year.
Haymaking in the summer,
December/January.
Kiwifruit Orchard. This can be
seen all year round. But to see fruit from October till May best time.
Harvested in May.
Can go for walks around the farm.
Tour of farm going around all our stock etc.
